Father sudden high BP noted

Hello Respected Doctor team, My father aged 58 years having weight 59-61kg is a CABG operated, CKD, Diabetes patient. He had a normal BP reading from past several years. But from past few days, his BP has increased to 140-150/80-90 diastolic systolic range. Kindly suggest any medicine or dietary changes as such. He is taking 1. Orofer XT 2. Cardivas 6.25 3. Nefrosave forte 4. Alfoo tab 5. Ecospirn Gold 6. Isolazine. A big thank to Doctor team. We appreciate your love.
