Fatigue and tired
I am 32 years and have been having issues with my energy levels since a couple of years now. I feel tired almost all the time, i started gymming but that has not been helpful. I feel more tired and sleepy after a work out and this condition is affecting me personally & professionally. I realized may be i need to take multivitamin capsules for this, can you suggest which is safe and good? (looking for vitamin capsules containing zinc & iron majorly)

I would advise you to do a few blood investigations such as CBC, HbA1c, vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels to find the underlying cause of your tiredness and have it treated accordingly. These following lifestyle changes may help: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Don't crash diet - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
