Fatigue and yellow urine
From last few weeks i am facing some yellowness in my urine. Even i am feeling that I am sweeting more than normal , even with a small walk i feel tired and whole day i feel lack of energy .

check complete blood count and liver function tests. If there is any abnormalities, then we need to give treatment. eat healthy foods including fruits and vegetables, sleep well
