Fatigue, Forgetfulness, Numbness
The patient is a 85 years old woman. Always been very active, but recently she's got weakness/fatigue, along with forgetfulness (memory trouble), pain in limbs and numbness in arms. We suspect it's due to deficiency of Vitamin B1, B6, B12 and were considering a Neurobion Injection for the same to the patient. What do you suggest?
