  4. Fatigue, weakness, sleepy. Possible?

Fatigue, weakness, sleepy
Due to fatigue and weakness, i had RBC test, count is below than normal. as i had few ferratin tablets previous months, couldnt see any difference, the next test shown even lesser RBC count by small fraction than previous test. pls suggest me how to recover it earliest possible?

The reason for low RBC COUNT has to be known. Then only proper treatment can be started
