Fats in liver
Sir, my age is 60, female. I am suffering from high Cholesterol and pressure problem. Two weeks back I went to doc for checkup. And he an ultrasonography of my lower abdomen. He found that some fats are in my liver and pancreas. What will i do now?
Please advise how to remove fat from there.
How can I control so that no more fat goes there. Please help i am very nervous by hearing this. Suggest remedy and precautions and medicine if any.
Please help.

Nothing to bother.. Do lipid profile and start on statin drugs if the levels are high.

take low fat diet and avoid taking fried items. if u r overweight then do some exercises to maintain ideal weight
