Fatty lever with Gall bladder infection
Ultrasound report mention that Gall bladder is showing thickened Wall with polyp 15mm and few small calculi in it's lumen GB size 108*31mm Wall 3 mm.So,I consult near by hospital and doctor told to take some antibiotic drips to remove infection on twice a day.Just want to know that it is serious because stomach size is increase like some air is in that so please advise this requires surgery or it's curable with medicines.

Gall bladder removal is needed. Although your detailed history is needed for proper evaluation. Antibiotics etc are needed or not depend on your symptoms
