Fear and Anxiety
I had failed my class 11 twice. I somehow passed 12. Wasn't too happy about the career I chose and graduated in. Changed my career choice, but fear of failing again. I can't concentrate in studying.  I lost many friends in this process as I have started distancing myself from them. I fear of being judged by them. I feel like I am the only one jobless and no future plans. I don't feel like exercising too. Stopped bothering how I look and do not feel like talking or meeting anyone, as I feel I will be ashamed of talking about my life. I do not even enjoy little moments like a going out for shopping or eating out. Seeing few friends getting married off gives me anxiety and I fret thinking why life is so serious. Do I need to consult a psychologist? Or is it normal according to my age?

Yes you definitely need help. By talking to a counselor you will get a different perspective of life. Just by making the right changes and behavioural changes you should be fine. I am an online counselor and can guide you in just a session or two. Do get in touch with me. Visit my Facebook page Preeti Kashikar and the website mentioned on it to know my work. Happy to help !
