Fear of anaphylactic reaction
I am very paranoid about developing anaphylactic reaction to local anaesthetic. How likely is this to occur it worries me very much

Local anaesthetic is administered only after a sensitivity test .. A very much small dose is given and tested whether you are allergic / sensitive to local anaesthesia or not.. So, don't become phobic unnecessarily.
