Fear of blood cancer
Dear respected sir / madam , I have been experiencing severe tiredness and body pain for the past few days , and severe body pain which did not go away even after taking pain killers and scans. Have been taking blood tests on a weekly basis too . Kindly help me , my reports are attached . I also have a few unexplained bruises in my skin which is in purple colour

The Symptoms you shared is non specific.. It can be due to stressors also... Blood picture looks fairly good. Visit a physician.

Symptoms are non specific..
Check other chemistries like renal function and liver function test..
Also check for harmonal profile including thyroid function ..serum 8 am cortisol
Hemogram report u uploaded is normal..
