Fear of corona
Hi I don't have any symptoms of corona and I don't have any travel history. But am always worried and feeling nervous about this disaster. Unable to focus on work and feeling like something stuck in throat sometimes. I feel anxious for some instances like while traveling in flight I feel like flight may collapse due to turbulences . So how to avoid such anxiety and be positive all the time
