Fear of Pregnancy
I had unprotected sex with my paryner during the 3rd day of her period yesterday......and her menstrual cycle is between 20-24 days....her periods mostly last for 3-4 days !!!! She is 22 years old... is there any chances of pregnancy ???? Also she is experiencing heavy bleeding since yesterday night.....is there any problem related to it ?? Will it help taking of a contraceptive pill now it's being less then 24 hours I had sex with my partner ???? Are there any other suggestions

Hello I understand your concern. She being pregnant is very less likely as she is not in her ovulation phase..which is important for fertilisation. With regard to her bleeding, if it isnt controlled u need to take her to a gynecologist for a detailed examination.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. So you had sex in third day of her bleeding? If that's the case then pregnancy isn't possible. Don't give her anything. Take her to a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
