Demand feeds is what i would suggest, please feed the baby whenever he demands. If he isn't then minimum 2 hours apart you should feed him.

It is difficult to quantify breast milk, but a rough guide of formula is always given in the packaging.
As for the frequency feeding should be every 2-3 hours
