Hi i'm 26 year old male regular gym going person, maintened wieght.
I have noticed that from last few months that whenever i eat breakfast i feel drowsy not everyday, its like one time a week . Today also i feel drowsy after eating butter chicken with rice and chapati. (usually i eat 2 times a day brunch and dinner). What could be the reason ?
