Feel lethargic, no hunger and vomit feel

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have not been feeling very well since a couple of weeks. Don't get much hungry, feel like vomiting after eating. I got some medical test done in which liver profile showed some concern. Bilirubin Direct - 0.84, indirect- 2.3, SGOT - 43, SGPT - 40, Albumin - 4.9. My bilirubin has been above normal since many years.
