Feel low & depressed
My friends say I worry too much, it is right I worry too much because I  don't want loose them, I want to help them in which ever manner I want to & I cry daily for them

You seem to be very caring person towards your friends,  it's good. Fear of loosing friends is indeed scary. Have you ever thought why you feel responsible for their worries? Do you feel helpless when you can't help them? If not, think about it.

These are the symptoms of depression. You go for proper mental health examination and then start treatment.

Good you care for them and are sensitive by nature. But crying for them daily is unhealthy. Discuss your problems in detail. Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
