hi there, I have read ur problem and it is very likely that u r suffering from depression. It is a mood disorder where the person is not able to enjoy the things he /she used to earlier. Body is lethargic, sleep us difficult to come and thoughts of negative outcomes keep on buzzing the mind making u feel all the more hopeless, helpless or even worthless. we loose temper easily and use alchol or food to deal with such feelings resulting in further problems. Sometimes suicidal thoughts also crop up in mind all becoz of this illness which wud have never crossed ur mind in an otherwise healthy state. But just like any physical illnesses say hypertension, thyroid problems etc. this illness is something which can affect anyone anytime.( it is sometimes not necessary to have any preceding stress before onset of this ) This is 100% treatable using some medicines and some counselling/psychotherapy. For this u need to see a psychiatrist. I hope this helps u but feel free to consult further anytime. Thank you.
