Feel pain under ribs
I had pain under ribs 25 to 30 days ago and i stop doing yoga like kapalbhati 2 days before i did it again and i feel pain under my both ribs upper side when i lying ventrally i feel relax i use iodex but still pain and i also feel stretch back side ribs plz help me

Pain can b because of many reasons . It can b acidity , muscle pain or related to heart .if u doing any vigorous exercise than stop for a while. Gve detail history so can guide u .thanks
