I feel tired and problem in breathing long strokes. I am getting tired immediately when exercising and at that time it feels less oxygenated and tired due to that. Can any one help me setting up healthy routine and food, so that I can get my stamina back as it was.

Have you started exercising recently?? If yes then it will take some time for breathing to become normal. You can start with breathing exercises to increase the strength of your respiratory muscle. General body warm up will also help. And start with mild exercise which does not cause over exertion.
Next Steps
If still you experience heavy breathing then you may need to get consulted by a doctor.
Health Tips
Practice breathing exercises.
