I am engineer i working in site ander sun. I feel with sun . My hand and my face spatial my nose. On my hand skin small smal acne when i workin in sun. You can watch in pictures. Need for your help

Greetings.
The picture of the rash on the elbows and the nose suggests a "sun allergy" or PMLE. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you fro direct examination .
Also the following measures would help you :
Sunprotection - regular use of sunscreen of at least SPF 30
Full length clothing , using a cap or umbrella ,
Eat food/ citrus fruits rich in vitamin C
