Feeling Anger
Feeling so much anger that i hit to wall and door and punch the table many times and broke some eggs. Feeling so much anger that have to take medicine and head is heavy now.

Anger is an emotion just like happiness and sadness it's not possible to not get angry but how we manage it and express it is important.keep a note of what makes you angry you see a pattern like some people, situations or words others use the tone of others etc so u can be prepared, you vl notice that when you get angry your heart beat increases you start sweating etc the moment you notice this changes in body use some tech to control the anger

when angry go for a brisk walk, drink water slowly like sips from a bottle, inhale and exhale slowly, count numbers backward.these are some tips

it's difficult to implement in beginning but as saying goes practice makes it perfect.
