Feeling breathless and uneasy
Hi Doctor, Few days back i got ECG done, as i am having stomach ache feeling breathless and cold but no fever. I have attached the reports also. But after a dew days of taking medicine i am not feeling better. Could you please take a look at the attached reports if i am following correct medicines.

Feeling breathlessness can be a manifestation of gastritis to pulmonary to cardiac diseases. However, more history and preferably prescription sheets would be required to diagnose the condition effectively
