It looks like Sinusitis.. -Steam inhalation with Ajwain water 2-3 times in a day will be very helpful... -Reduce Stress -Take proper sleep 7-8 hrs in a day -Avoid cheese,oily, spicy and junk food..

It can be of allergic in nature. It could also be acute on chronic sinusitis. If you have earlier history of such episodes, you need to mention that history as well. For the time being following can be done:- 1 Steam inhalation 2-3 times a day. 2. Stop taking curd or sour articles. 3. Stop eating cold stuff and cold water.
