Feeling depressed in personal problem
Constantly thinking about taking a break from current scenario. Can't able to control my anger or feelings towards my fiance. Feeling low and want to be always alone. Feeling like am useless. I have so many future plans and wat happens if It didn't happen Thinking extremely about nothing.

Hello . This is a situation of many youngsters of your age since there is a huge completion and pressure of performance . Handling people , our emotions , work stress and everything at the same time can take s toll . Just relax . You need to regroup . When your computer hangs , what do you do . You shutdown and restart . Do the same with your mind . Give yourself a day off and do things that you like to do . Reduce your use of social media . Write down your problems one by one and resolve them in sequence .
