Hi, Your symptoms are quiet chronic. It is important to differentiate between allrgic and non allergi sinusitis. It is also helpfull to know whether there are any associated polyps or deviated nasal septum, as all this changes the treatment part. Most of the time chronic sinusitis can be treated with medicine alone however at times surgery may be required especially when polyps or DNS is present. I will suggest you to do a proper tele-consultation for your treatment.
