I've been feeling faint for a few days, my hands have been shaking occasionnaly, I have unsusual vaginal bleeding (my last period was 2 weeks ago). In the past I have been anemic

Get a hemogram done as your hemoglobin levels may be low and  you may require iron supplements or transfusion depending on your report.
