The information you have submitted is insufficient for a proper diagnosis. Low PCV could be due to a variety of reasons. This points to some problem that has either decreased your blood production or increased the blood destruction. Your Hb is at the lower end of normal range. It means you are at the verge of anemia. Symptoms like fever and bodyache is also very non-specific. Sometimes there's nothing much to be worried about. Simply having a  viral fever could give you the same results in hemogram. But other times there could be an underlying problem like ulcers, internal bleeding or malignancy. We need more information to arrive at a conclusion.
Next Steps
Kindly attach the full report. Please give an elaborate history of your present condition. Do you take any medications? Suffer from Diabetes or hypertension? Also, do you have any past history of recurrent fever/ related conditions? You can always get in touch with a physician privately. If the fever is not very severe, please wait for a couple of days. Get some rest and antipyretics, as prescribed by a physician.
Health Tips
Immediately visit a physician/ hospital if: 1) the fever gets severe. 2) the pain is unmanageable. 3) any other/ new symptoms arise.
