Asked for Female, 65 Years

My mother had suffered a heart attack on 25th of Feb. She got her treatment at Gandhi Memorial Hospital. She got her release on 1st March. Doctor said her heart condition is OK but the attack was due to high Blood Sugar.He replaced Januvia with istamet xr cp (100/1000) and asked to continue the insulin ( lupisulin 30:70 ) intake at 28/ 16 unit. But the PP results still coming around 477,387. Please help,it's urgent.

insulin doses need to be increased immediately . also the self monitoring of blood glucose needs to be done in a better way. strictly every few hours for the same .
