Feeling low, high, suicide,sleep
Always feeling low, sad, suicide. sometimes over eating, sleeping, sometime not feeling hungry at all and not feeling sleepy but full energetic. Just dnt want to talk with anybody. Feeling irritation high volume of talking or whatever.

Get an evaluation as it maybe a Mood disorder of mixed type. Regular exercise can help plus maintaining a regular sleep cycle. If it is persisting for a week or longer medicine can help. Avoid Substances like alcohol. Meet a Psychiatrist.
