Feeling of laziness
I got comprehensive medical check including TMT sometime back and everything was fine under control except thyroid for which I am taking thyronorm 100 mg since 2009. However I have noticed that even after getting good night sleep the next day I feel laziness and also gets intermittent nap on desk. I don't have any lifestyle disease like diabetes , BP etc. I took some therapeutic supplements like neurobion forte, multivitamin ,celin500 ,shelcal 500  . Have some constipation problem and time to time bit of acidity for which I took dizene chewable .have noticed some allergy to dust and time to time take cetrizen. Please advise . Prakash

Please repeat your TSH report. Thyroid supplements might require a titration which will solve your symptoms.

There isn't sufficient information to suggest a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations such as vitamin B12, Vitamin D, thyroid profile, etc to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
