Feeling short breath
From last 1 day I am feeling little feeling of short breath and dizziness. It increases when I lie down to sleep . I recently had my full body check up where all my heart test like ecg, echo, diabetes, tmt were normal. My weight is 110 kg. Bp 140/90. What could be the reason for mild short breath?
