Feeling shortness of breath
Dear sir /madam Please help me to get ride from shortness of breathing... I was a smoker... From last 1week i quit the smoking... But know am getting lot of coughing and shortness of breathing...please suggest me what to do... And let me know how's to mucus from lungs... Sometimes I feel pain... In lungs... If I inhale petrol or bitumen smell i feel infection and starts coughing continues.. Please answer me

You should consult a pulmonologist and get a CXR and spirometry done..you may need inhaler and some oral medications for your symptoms

You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
