I had unprotected sex 10th September then had cramps and 22nd September I have a pink bleed for 3 days very light

This might be due to implantation bleeding,wait for a few more days and if no periods show up get a betahcg blood pregnancy test done to clear doubts on pregnancy,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
