Feeling sleepy most of the time
In the morning i feel tired after taking bath and being a college Student i start feeling sleepy right from the first period itself and it's been three months and sometimes headache is also there, i don't know but i feel tired most of the time.

Feeling tired after bath or even during the first hour on college could be due to lack of good sleep in the night. You will require atleast 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. You haven't mentioned your sleeping pattern; that is when you go to bed and when you wake up.
If it is a lifestyle issue, take corrective measures probably seek help from elders at home or consult a Counsellor, if required.
To rule out health related issues, such as any deficiency please consider going for a comprehensive health check-up with advise of a General Physician
