Hello doctor. At morning after breakfast I feel sleepy and whole day I feel lazy. I have desk work. After proper sleep I feel this problem. It's been from long time but I feel this usually when I study or sit ideally. I used to do pranayam but after that I also feel sleepy and my eyes feel heavy. I do 4 pranayam in the same sequence as described by BABA Ramdev . Please help me as I m working as well as preparing for my exam. It's hampering my study time. In evening I feel very gud. But in morning I feel very less energetic.thank you

Hello..
Well yes it happens that even after a good sleep you feel lazy in the morning....I would suggest you to go for some exercise in the morning atleast for 20-30 min as that would make you fresh...Try doing this...Thank you
