Hello, i have stomach pain from few days, also feeling full after eating, pain start after eating,
Feeling vomiting sometime.
Sonography detect liver size enlarge.
After medication still have problem

Your SYMPTOMS are not because of enlarged liver. It is most likely due to either stomach inflammation or intestinal inflammation. And treatment would be decided based on more detailed evaluation.
