Feeling stress mental disorder
Forgeting slowly dates n on what date i started what. Which i was remembering earlier. Even i cannot recall last date when i was having period. I feel like empty mind when someone speaks to l me or ask me.

dont worry at your age its not Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. u could be having some depression or anxiety. memory loss can also be due to lack of Vit B12. u also need a CT scan to rule out certain cause. ....anyway it can be cured. a detailed history will be required

I think it's been a long  time since  you have taken a break from your routine . Or,  some issue which is not been resolved a doctor's finding it difficult.
