10.3 mm stone in Rt kidney can be taken care of with Lithotripsy... It is called as ESWL..
It is an OPD procedure and not any invasive surgery..
But your wife is really a candidate of ESWL depends on exact location of stone and Hounsfield unit of stone..
Both these things can be detected by CT KUB..
