Feeling tight at left side at end of rib

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Before one month that I was getting treatment for GERD. It's cured or not, I don't know. But now I am feeling tight in left side at end of rib, it's last from 8 day's. Also feeling nausea at morning only. sometimes getting dry cough. Cavities in teeth. And also sometimes feeling prick around throat. And scratchy soft palate. Irregular sneezing. I have also repeating fungal problem. all this problems at same time caused. Which specialist is I need to cover all this problems??? Read carefully symptoms then Please suggest perfect specialist.
