Feeling tiredness & uneasiness
I feel energy less . I can not concentrate on my work due as not feeing healthy. I can normaly work in office. However after office hours and early morning I feel quite tired and uneasiness.

HELLO, FOR A WORKING WOMAN IT IS NORMAL. ANYWAY, HYDRATION MUST BE PROPER. NIBU PANI WITH PINCHES OF SALT AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY. HEALTHY DIET IN LUNCH N DINNER. COCONUT WATER. TABLET COBADEX FORTE ONE AT NIGHT WITH MILK. O.K, BYE
