Feeling Very Lazy and less thirst
I feel very lazy and don't like to do any physical exercise and activities and I have very less thirst and feel very thoughtful and stressed so what can I do to become an active person. I feel very sick in morning.this is the reason that I am suffering from gastric isssue

Hello dear don't worry, Your problems r due to excessive Anxiety/ Stress,Do massage with olive oil daily, drop almond oil in nostrils , Take Chitrakadi Vati 2 tabs bid with Lukewarm water after meals, Ashwagandhadi avaleha Dabur 1 tsf bid with milk
