Feeling very uneasy after clean shave

Whenever i make clean shave the part of my face where beard grows become oily and it feels me very uneasy and irritating until the new beard grows. It seems to me that all the time I put a dry towel on my face. But this irritation does not make any redness on the face. What to do??
