Feeling while releasing the bite.
I was having discomfort while biting on left side so few days I was eating on right side Again after I started left side then some little pain started when eating nuts or releasing bite. This is for me from last 10 days. Does this again needs a root canal treatment??

Hello sir.. pain may be due to so many reasons...It may be due to decayed teeth or due to wisdom teeth eruption or if the teeth is already having any filling then may be due to secondary caries because of improper or broken filling..or if the teeth is recently root canal treated and having crown check for high points or re infection of the root canal treated teeth..First and foremost x-ray has too be taken to rule out the cause .. If there is decayed teeth based on extent of caries get it treated by root canal treatment or simple filling.. If it is due to broken filling then do refilling or root canal treatment depends on extent of secondary caries... If the pain is due to high points in crowns of recently root canal treated teeth then do it corrected.. If the pain is In root canal treated teeth then do re root canal of the tooth...If the pain is due to wisdom teeth then it needs surgical removal followed by analgesics and antibiotics

Pain could be because of decayed tooth, loose filling, or crack in the tooth. Pain can also be because of any gum problem.
