I do not feel energetic through out a day
Always feel sleepy. Most of the time I feel like i do not want to eat. I am alcoholic & a non veg lover. I am trying to quit alcohol but somwhere I am not able to stop myself. I am suffering to intial stage piles but still I cnt stop on my non veg intake. Its deteriorating my health & i wnat to recover with a healthy lifestyle.

I think it would be best for u to consult a mental health professional to get rid of ya alcohol and to help u in modifying your lifestyle. The laziness and lethargy is also due to your alcohol consumption. Also other details are required to properly asses u. Consult a professional as soon as u can.
