Feet always hurt
Feet hurt all the time when i stand, especially at work. After about three hours on my feet at work I'm done.

Hi, where the pain is?
Sitting for longer hours leads to various pains secondary to stiffness
If it's feet you might be sitting with your toes down and heels up, back pain is due to bad posture
Changing posture and exercises for the same will help you drastically
