Feet is swolen
My wife's left feet is swollen below the knees. There is no discomfort or pain apart from bit of itching while wearing footwear.

Unilateral swelling of leg at the age of 24 is very rare feature in the absence of pregnancy.
You have to get color doppler of left leg and ultrasound of lower abdomen for diagnosis
