Ligaments There is STIR and PDFS mild hyperintense signal along the anteromedial and posterolateral bundles of the ACL in intercondylar notch and near tibial attachment. Grade II tear of anterior cruciate ligament. Grade I tear involving root of anterior horn of lateral meniscus.
