Fell down, twisted ankle
Hi All, I fell down day before yesterday and twisted ankle very badly. Thankfully xray says no fracture. Foot is swollen, cannot walk on one foot it pains even on moving a little or single step. Whats the recommended treatment for next weeks?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a  pillow under the foot. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Keep the limb elevated. Ice application. Plaster to rest. Further investigation if pain persists.

If ur x rays are normal then most likely itz ankle sprains. Ideally u have to immobilise ur limb,take rest, local ice packs and some mild painkiller
