This symptoms for the last 3 days. Using pan40 and dolo650.ok or any other guidance. Pl advise the reasons and treatment

Chelk temperature  Insted of pan40 use panozD  it will help get rid of  nausia too Need detail histry and evaluation to comment on reason.
