Preferably you'd need to consult both a psychiatrist as well as an endocrinologist. I'd advise you to choose a multi speciality hospital where both of these services are available.
If this is the first time you are considering this treatment, you will need clearance from a psychiatrist to establish the diagnosis and give you clearance to go ahead with the gender transition.
The treatment itself is long term and can have a big impact on your mental health, so try to stick to the same doctor through the whole process.
